"What's Noah's Background?"

Noah began his fitness journey at the age of 18 with many of the same reasons people turn to fitness for answers.. Pain. He finally had enough of painful early mornings, chronic fatigue, poor body image and the lack of self confidence.

Through consistency, Noah experienced what fitness and nutrition can ultimately do for your physique, energy and overall quality of life. With this newfound knowledge, Noah earned his personal training certification and in December of 2023, joined Crunch Fitness to train clients full time. Since then, Noah has helped over 100 people eat, sleep, feel and move better every day.

Present day, Noah now trains clients independently in Denver as well as helping people get fitter across the country remotely.
